To write a license to a dongle, the Guardant Control Center service is required. It must be running on the same computer where the key is inserted.

After installation, the Guardant Control Center service starts automatically, and a WEB interface becomes available at http://localhost: 3189, which allows you to monitor installed Guardant software and hardware keys, as well as receive diagnostic information on them.
Guardant Control Center also acts as a license server for network keys.
To access the "default" settings, use the password: admin.
