General description
The balance is displayed after authorization in Guardant Station.
The balance changes downwards after performing operations with software or hardware keys.
There are three types of operations that changes the balance downwards.
- activation;
- update;
- writing.
Not all types of operations are applicable to software keys, similarly with hardware keys.

Balance spending rules
Subscription period
This element is only available in the cloud version of Guardant Station.
The subscription period is indicated on the Guardant Station main page in the Balance section.
When the subscription expires, access to Guardant Station functionality will remain. Users will be able to activate it and update licenses.
Transaction limit
This element is only available in the cloud version of Guardant Station.
The transaction limit is specified on the main page of Guardant Station in the Balance section.
When an operation of any type is performed, the transaction limit value is reduced by one.
Software keys
This section shows the number of the software keys that can be created in Guardant Station. Next to the main number is the number of keys that are waiting to be activated, this number must be less than the main number, otherwise not all keys can be activated and it is necessary to increase the number of keys that can be activated.
Trial licenses
This section shows the number of the trial licenses that can be created in Guardant Station. Next to the main number is the number of keys that are waiting for activation, this number must be less than the main number, otherwise not all keys can be activated and it is necessary to increase the number of keys that can be activated.
Network licenses for software keys
This section specifies the number of network licenses for software keys that can be created in Guardant Station. The number of network licenses for software keys is reduced as soon as the customer activates a license that contains a product with a feature that is hosted on a server and used simultaneously on multiple computers.

This section specifies the number of network licenses for hardware keys that can be created in Guardant Station.
