To get access to your own distribution build of Guardant Station and Guardant SLK, it is necessary to login to the FTP server slk.guardant.com.
To connect to the server, an encrypted connection is used and authorization is required using a personal login/password pair for the organization.
Connection setup
It is necessary to use FTP-client with encryption suport.
For example Windows application WinSCP is taken:
- Open Session - New Session -New Site
- File Protocol: FTP
- Encryption: TLS/SSL Explicit encryption
- Host name: slk.guardant.com
- Port number: 21
- User name: Public code of your organization in symbol representation (i.e. DEMONVK)
- Password: the password is unique for the organization and is issued after purchasing a license for the self-hosted version of Guardant Station
For Linux as example the cross-platform FTP-client FileZilla can be taken.
The following setup is nedded:
- Open File - Site Manager - New site
- Protocol: FTP - File Transfer Protocol
- Host: slk.guardant.com
- Port: 21
- Encryption: Require explicit FTP over TLS
- User: your organization's public code in symbolic representation (i.e. DEMONVK)
- Password: the password is unique for the organization and is issued after purchasing a license for the self-hosted version of Guardant Station
Once the data is entered, click "Connect"
