If the LED does not light up
It is necessary to try to connect the Guardant key to a different USB port. If the LED does not light up and the key is not detected, check the key on another computer with Guardant Drivers installed.
If the LED flashes 4 times in a row without pauses
This means that the key cannot establish a connection to the Driver.
Reinstall the Guardant Driver. If you have antivirus software, USB port control or monitoring utilities, proactive defense tools installed on your computer, please disable them during the key diagnostics.
If the LED flashes 2 times in a row without pauses
This means CRC data error in a key.
A memory error has occured which means the key is most likely damaged. It is necessary to check its functionality on another computer, after installing Guardant Driver from our website on that machine. If the key also blinks twice on another computer as well, it will be necessary to contact the provider of the protected application to replace the Guardant key.
